Privacy Policy

Agentic Frontier (“we”, “us”) operates agenticfrontier.net. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we keep what you type into our forms so we can reply, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who is responsible
Agentic Frontier is the data controller for this site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at admin@agenticfrontier.net.
What we collect and why
Forms you submit. The “Request a pilot” and contact forms ask for your name, work email, company, and details about the process you want evaluated (your role, the workflow, its volume, and a free-text message). We use this to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to set up the pilot. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We also hold your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeat form submissions; it is not written to a database. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Web fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers. That processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key af-theme. It never leaves your browser and we cannot read it. Nothing else is stored on your device, and we set no cookies.
What we do not do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins, and no sale or sharing of personal data for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you submitted a form.
Who else sees your data
- Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email delivery provider, which forwards form submissions to our inbox.
- The internal tools where we track enquiries, such as team messaging and customer records.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or the United Kingdom, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or their participation in an approved data transfer framework. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months, or sooner if you ask. Server logs are kept by Vercel for a short rolling period set by their platform.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and complain to your data protection authority. Email admin@agenticfrontier.net and we will respond within one month. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and you may use the same address to exercise your rights to know and to delete.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be sent to the email address you provided.
