These terms govern your use of agenticfrontier.net (the “Site”), operated by Agentic Frontier (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is information, not a contract
Everything on the Site, including pricing, payback figures, charts and worked examples, is provided for general information. Some figures are illustrative and say so on the page. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a guarantee of results. Evaluation services are provided under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Using the Site
You may browse the Site and use it to contact us for your own business purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the Site or its form endpoint, including by automated or bulk submissions, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass its rate limits or spam protection;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any system connected to it;
- submit content that is false, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law.
Forms and enquiries
When you submit a form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not oblige us to provide any service, and does not oblige you to buy one.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, logos, charts and code are owned by or licensed to Agentic Frontier. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Any other reproduction or reuse needs our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and loads fonts from third-party servers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agentic Frontier is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts there. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
